Celsius Claims Portal

Modified on Fri, Aug 7 at 12:33 PM

The Celsius Claims Portal serves as a resource for select creditors of Celsius Network LLC. A notice with more information about the Celsius Claims Portal can be found here: https://cases.stretto.com/public/x191/11749/PLEADINGS/1174912032480000000095.pdf

This portal provides select creditors with the ability to view and update important information regarding claim distributions. For example, creditors can view records of their claim distribution history and claim code information. Creditors also have access to tools to re-verify their identity and submit required claim distribution information (e.g. banking information or mailing address). On the Personal Information tab of the Celsius Claims Portal, creditors can see their current contact information, current distribution partner, as well as ‘Outstanding Actions Required for Distribution.’

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Who is able to use the Celsius Claims Portal?

Access to the Celsius Claims Portal is only available to eligible creditors with unredeemed distributions or creditors in a fully-redeemed state who are eligible for future distributions.

How do I log in to the Celsius Claims Portal?

To log in, visit https://claimsportal.celsius.network/ and input the email associated with your Celsius account and complete the CAPTCHA text code. This will generate a temporary verification code used for login, which will be sent by email. After inputting the temporary verification code, input your date of birth to gain access to the Portal. Creditors are not required to create a separate account or password to access the Celsius Claims Portal.

How do I update my Personal Information in the Celsius Claims Portal?

The personal information associated with your Celsius claim distribution will be listed in the Personal Information tab of the Celsius Claims Portal. Please note that the “Email” listed in this section is the primary email address used for portal authentication and all email communications from Celsius. On this tab of the Celsius Claims Portal, you can:

  • Edit your mailing address or phone number on record by clicking edit profile.

  • Edit your Coinbase Alternative Email, the email address used for matching your Celsius claim distribution to an active Coinbase account. This field is only relevant for creditors whose current distribution partner is Coinbase.

  • Review your Current Distribution Partner.

  • Review any Outstanding Actions Required for Distribution. This section identifies issues that may prevent your distribution from being processed in the next cycle, such as a pending KYC verification or an unsubmitted Wire Transfer Form. If no further action is required or if a distribution is active, this will be indicated here.

If you need to make changes to your Name, Date of Birth, SSN/TIN, or Primary Email, please submit a ticket to Celsius Distributions Support. Note that this may require a new Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification in the Portal, which may necessitate further review from Celsius Compliance. If your KYC submission is under review, your access to the Celsius Claims Portal will be restricted to the Personal Information tab of the Celsius Claims Portal. Review of your KYC submission may not be instantaneous, but you can check on your KYC review status at any time in the Celsius Claims Portal. You will receive email communications throughout the KYC process.

How do I submit a Wire Form in the Celsius Claims Portal?

Navigate to the Wire Form tab of the Celsius Claims Portal to submit a new Wire Transfer Form, if applicable. Note that the Wire Transfer Form is only available to creditors whose current distribution partner is Wire Transfer. If you need to request a distribution by Wire Transfer instead of Check or Hyperwallet, please submit a new support ticket (https://celsiusdistribution.stretto.com/support/tickets/new).

For help with this form, please visit this Knowledge Base article.

After the Wire Transfer Form is submitted, the information will be reviewed and verified before a wire transfer can be attempted. If any information is incomplete or does not meet our bank’s data requirements, your wire transfer will not be attempted, and you will receive an email with next steps. You will receive an email when a wire transfer attempt is being made. Celsius will attempt distributions to KYC-verified creditors with acceptable wire transfer information approximately once per quarter.

How do I request to convert my remaining cryptocurrency distributions into cash?

Eligible creditors with remaining cryptocurrency may request to receive their claim distribution in United States dollars (USD) by logging in to the Celsius Claims Portal (https://claimsportal.celsius.network) and submitting a Distribution Conversion Form. More information about converting a cryptocurrency distribution to USD can be found in this Knowledge Base article.

If you submit a Distribution Conversion Form, Celsius will not convert the cryptocurrency held for your distribution to USD until after you have provided any additional information necessary to process your distribution, and your distribution is set for processing.

How do I access my unredeemed PayPal/Venmo claim codes in the Celsius Claims Portal?

Navigate to the Claim Codes tab of the Celsius Claims Portal to access your active and unredeemed PayPal or Venmo claim codes, if applicable.

For troubleshooting FAQs on PayPal/Venmo distributions, please visit this Knowledge Base article.

If you cannot receive a distribution to PayPal or Venmo, please request to receive your claim distribution in United States dollars (USD) by logging in to the Celsius Claims Portal (https://claimsportal.celsius.network) and submitting a Distribution Conversion Form. More information about converting a cryptocurrency distribution to USD can be found in this Knowledge Base article.

What do I do if I am having issues logging into the Celsius Claims Portal?

If you are having issues logging into the Celsius Claims Portal or completing any actions within the Celsius Claims Portal, please open a support inquiry with Celsius Distributions Support.
